OUR PROMISE
Every Infinite Defense target is backed by our comprehensive lifetime warranty. If your target fails under normal use conditions, we'll replace it—no questions asked.
WHAT'S COVERED
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Premature material degradation under normal use
- Self-healing failure with approved ammunition
- Structural integrity issues
- Delamination or separation of target layers
WHAT'S not COVERED
- Damage from hollow points, slugs, or flat-nosed ammunition
- Damage from frangible or explosive ammunition
- Normal wear from extended use
- Modifications or alterations to the product
- Damage from use outside recommended parameters
warranty terms
This warranty applies to all Infinite Defense self-healing targets purchased directly from our website or authorized dealers. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
To be eligible for warranty coverage, the product must have been used in accordance with our usage guidelines, including approved ammunition types and recommended shooting distances.
Infinite Defense reserves the right to request the return of defective products for inspection. Shipping costs for warranty claims are covered by Infinite Defense within the continental United States. International customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental damages, so some limitations may not apply to you.
